You can fail a cbt when I did mine 2 guys failed one was thrown put before even getting to go out on the road he had a car licence and was trying for his cbt he shoot across the carpark and straight up a chain link fence flipped the big and smashed all the farings off the moped he was riding our instructor as pissed off the whole cbt other guy was brought back after 10 to 15 min on the road he was doing 60 down a bus lane and crashed on a round about only myself and one other guy finished the test and passed

Currently watching the video but getting a bit eager to comment, so ill probably delete if you cover it. But once you get your A license, is it like a car license where you never have to retake it? Isnt like ya CBT that expires? I've had a few quotes for bikes and anything above a 400, they wouldn't even insure since I'm 24 and stuff like a 400, the cheapest quote I got is £4000 a year with no claims or anything 💀 (Got a quote while saying I passed a month ago) so considering going for my A license to hopefully have my insurance drop a bit as I get older
